NETFILE service for 2020 individual tax returns available February 22

The Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) NETFILE service for the online filing of individual income tax returns for the 2020 taxation year will be available starting Monday, February 22, 2021.

In order to file using NETFILE, a return must be prepared using software authorized by the CRA. A listing of such software is available at File your taxes online: Certified tax software - Canada.ca. The NETFILE service for filing of individual income tax returns for 2020 will be available until January 2022.
